Ingredients:

Raw banana

Sakkriya/ sweet potato

Arbi/ taro root

Suran/ yam

Purple yam/ kand

Pepper powder

Sendra namak/ salt

Ghee for frying

Boil all the chopped kand. Do not make it mushy.
Fry them in ghee till golden brown.
Then sprinkle pepper powder. Kand is ready for bhog.

Notes:

You can squeeze some lemon over it. I haven’t done here.
