Panasa Pitha or Jackfruit pancake is one of the specialty of Orissa state

Ingredients:

Jackfruit purée 1 cup

Rice flour 1 cup

Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Jaggery 2 tbsp

Milk 3-4 tbsp

Panasa Pitha
Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix everything well.
Batter is ready. It should be of pouring consistency. It should not be too thick or too watery. Add milk accordingly.
Pour the batter on a hot tawa.
Roast the pancakes on both the sides till golden brown.
Roast on other side.
Panasa Pitha is ready for bhog.

Notes:

You can use sugar instead of jaggery. Adjust sweetness as per your preference and also on the sweetness of jackfruits.
