Sandesh is one of the chappan bhog receipe of Lord Jagannth.

Ingredients:

Chena/ cottage cheese

Powdered khand

Cardamom powder

Sandesh/ Chena Ladoo
Ingredients.
Take chena, rub well with your knuckles to make it soft for 5-6 min.
Add powdered khand with cardamom powder to kneaded chena and mix well.
Fry the chena on a low medium heat till it leaves the sides. It will take around 5-6 min.
Once it becomes cool,make small round balls like this. Sandesh or Chena Ladoo is ready for bhog.

Notes:

You can garnish with chopped pista and badam.

You can also cut in any desired shape of your choice.

Keep the flame low while frying the chena.
